- Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging and in a resellable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened video games, downloadable content (DLC), subscription services, or any digital products. Additionally, any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return

- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or receipt. Clearly write the RMA number on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
